Since then, the progress of science, the breakthrough of his avant-garde in a simplified universe, reduced by quantum chromodynamics to 4 kinds of elementary particles: quarks, antiquarks, electrons, neutrinos, allows a new approach to Planck constant.

And first of all, the equivalence of matter and energy allows to suppose that, in different forms, they have the same elemental composition, otherwise they could not transform itself into one another as show two experiments.

A photon of sufficient energy annihilates itself into matter and antimatter: a couple electron / positron.

The couple electron / positron annihilates itself into two gamma rays from the opposite direction, one corresponding to the annihilation of the electron, the other at the position.

Another experiment has proved, electron and positron have the same composition, since electron, put in rotation by a magnetic field, tranforme a positron. Their rotation is the only difference between matter and antimatter.

But what is the difference between the composition of this couple and the photon?

One will seek primarily that of matter or antimatter, easier to define than that of energy, thanks to the range of colors deployed in its new physical by quantum chromodynamics.

One will then find the operation that would transform the quantum of matter in quantum of energy - the Planck constant - and discover the reverse operation.
